discussion Tamiya GB Peter's German Half Track Little Winter Diorama.

[pjgtech]

Completed this little diorama, based on a German Half Track with a few figures, in a winter type setting.
The main build thread was in the Tamiya Xmas and New Year GB, see linky:
Tamiya GB build thread (Peter's)

I have also uploaded a short video of the completed diorama, see linky here:

Photos of the completed build are below....

Excellent result Peter. It looks cold! What is the tubular thing on the left side? I've seen these on the sides of Panzers too

I think its called a Panzerschreck, a single person rocket/missile launcher (without the shield), see earlier build photos here...

However, its now covered in snow, so less obvious!

[Si Benson]

Well done Peter…superb work, as Joe says it really does have a chilly feel

Thank you Peter

That looks excellent Peter.

That snow effect is so so good. Looks amazing.

Great build all round. And quick. Looks like you have time for at least one more in this GB.

Very convincing all round, you have certainly gained many modelling skills in your relatively short time back at the bench.
