Hello

Can someone please tell me what X21 flat base is? I'm thinking it's a matt varnish but then why would it be called a base, and why is it X rather than XF?

Maybe I'm totally off the mark.

If my memory is correct, you mix flat base in a gloss paint to make it erm, flat, or matt as we in the west call it.
