Thread owner
hi Richi, so glad to see you again my friend, well with yourself and Ron, but how could I, not lean from and do you the honer of nice work :D

and so glad that you are liking it and all the great comments from everyone are real appreciated :)

Hi moni I could get a better idea if the wiring diagram was founded the right way when I turn my playbook round so does the pic sorry.

Thread owner
ta Joe do appreciate the so nice comments :D

don,t they run to ground pins,?

or run back as well as the reds do ? and you know what i was thinking the same thing

and to make the circlet you need a black as well,

Yes moni the blacks have to end up back at the negative pole of the batteries as the red has to end up at the positive pole of the battery. Are you using pp9 battery if so I will wire up 3leds with a simple switch if you are running 3 leds and using a pp9 battery that's a 9 volt battery and 3 led at 3.2 volts = 9.6 volts you won't need any resistors because 9 volts will still be enough to light them up, you won't notice the slight dimming of .6 of a volt, just means the battery will drain slightly quicker. If you wanted the full brightness of the leds you would have to wire the leds 2 and 1 and then you would need a 150ohm resistor and a 470 ohm resistor. Personally I would just put all three to the bat I doubt you would notice the drop in brightness.

Thread owner
ta Ken i think is is easy to wire all 3 leds back, as the little bit dimmer there are the better i think as i dont wont over bright ,

nice i like the sound of not messing with resistors, the power unite dose have a switch on it , so i dont need to try and work out which 2 pins to use out of the 3 or 4 thats on them,

so i can loop them all back to were i think i can have the power unit, then just need to wait on that to come,

and these leds do have some type of resistors, on them but what ohm i dont know,

i did find this cart of what each color is,

well wired in and set the street lamp, they did work,, just gave them a touch with a 12v ,to test,

added the down pipes and gutters waiting on glue to dry before weathering them,

and got a little done on the sniper base colors and camo on,

so its just about after noon kip time, :D

waiting on power unite to finish off the lamps , and then can get the rest off the base finished, because still need to run wires some were, but were i dont know ????
