the paint has turned out a strange color, Polux, its dark yellow or brown/red and its some type of ulg green

so will give it a coat of gray under coat today ,untill i can get the AB dark yellow:rolleyes:

i had some d/yellow,vallejo and thinned it 50/50 or more but it just clogged the AB

glad that you like it so far Ian, trying to do a good job,

oh Ken just lov your comments they make me smile :) , i do wont to add some very messed up guys, but need to find some cheap 1.35 to do it, ?

which is hard to get a kit off them, that i can alter and mess about with

Excellent bit of butchery...sorry sculpting! He's turned out really good.

Some very imaginative photos too Monica, nice one.

Thread owner
hi Ron so glad you like him and yes butchery is the word, lol,

took to him with a hot blade, and, poked hot wire in him and then and cut away, with a saw oh ouch pore little Russian man ;)

the super glue him and filled him what a bad day he had  :D

dont know what happened with the pics for once the phone played nicely for me ;)

if you look you can see him in the sec, floor right window,

The Marder looks really good Monica, I like how you've done the chipping on the armour screens.

I have to admit, you had me confused saying that you'd made a 'nipper'! I thought, wow she's been a busy girl!

Then I realised it was' sniper '!

Thread owner
haha Oh ,lol oh how did that one get away, thats an edit for sure, ;) no nippers for me, the other halfs are bad as it is,

glad that you like it so far Patrick, i do try to do,a good job on things , ;)

what do you think if i add in some shell hits on the screens, was thinking to use the round end of a pin heated up ?

Top notch field surgery there nurse moni, or should it be nurse Frankenstein (goulish laugh)ha ha ha ha haaa loving the way this is going (you missed your chance with some gore there, you could have put him on an operating table and shown us all the blood as you ruthlessly lopped his leg off then cut the top of his head off) oh well you will just have to remember for next time.

Hi Monica I've just caught up with this and I have to say it looks top quality work so far, those building are fantastic. can't wait to see what you are going to do now.

scott

Looking great Monica. The building reminds me of some of the war games I've played on the computer. Well battered and falling to bits - just great.

Thread owner

The cat doesn't look weathered at all Monica! :)

Your Marder looks great, although I'm not keen on the camo pattern - sorry!

Thread owner
hi Patrick, no he is not , roll him in a mud puddle i think, or wash his mouth out with soap for biting me,

that was a real hard one to work out, was not real sure what to do , with it, but ????, ;)

did try google camo patten, and that was on a list in b/w pics ,but oh well

started to get some rubble down, and the last floor in , just need to add wood, and more rubble, and make some street lights, and other bits,

and acouple of power poles,

so any suggestions welcome,

Aww no, he's a lovely cat - even if he likes a nibble on you now & then!

The reason that the camo doesn't work

for me is that until August 1943 all German vehicles were Panzer grey. But that doesn't detract from the amazing skill & quality of this project.
