Hi friends!

Those last days, many of us are talking about photography and photos in black & white (suggest by Steve).

Any takers for a funny thread with our best B&W photos or something similar?

Remember...only for fun!!! :)

I like pic #5, it looks like we are watching through a damaged surveillance camera. Very realistic and life like, I almost expect to see a burst of fire from the muzzle. Group photos, pictures of soldiers or maybe vehicles parked.

I think a really good test of how accurate and life-like your models are would be a sepia or B/W filter. If you made it look more 'historical' would you be able to tell? Or would you think you were looking into the past? Is this real, or just plastic?

I also like the pics of the rusting/abandoned equipment sitting in the tall grass

The thing about subs is, because of the environment they operate in, it's hard to tell a black and white photo. Everything looks grey. They sky is grey (it probably would be) the sea is grey (because the sky is), and the boat itself is grey (because the sea and sky are). Still looks pretty realistic with that filter anyhow...

Tamiya 1/48 Komatsu bulldozer. Never thought of trying a black and white, but it really accentuates textures.
