As laid back as I normally am ....... Things that annoy me..
False advertising
Underhanded personal information sharing (ie loyalty card info being shared with affiliates and your shopping information used for targeted emails, texts and phone calls)
Cold calling .... If I want it I'll ask for it thank you.
Films advertised as true stories and glorified beyond belief
Internet warriors that know everything, well they think they look good on the net when they've checked out Wikipedia and used that info, which in my areas of interest (herpetology, arachnology, archaeology etc) is often incorrect.
Companies that take a bulk buy product, repackage it as a specialist product and charge ten times the amount for it ... And the people that swear by it and argue the fact even when you prove its the same stuff (again mainly in the other hobbies i have)
Television soap operas ... Just how long can they stretch a 10 minute story out?
Television documentaries that repeat the same video clip and voice over 30 times throughout a single interview
Television in general actually

Groups/singers that claim they've written a new song and its the same as another written years ago (for example .. Natalie umbruglia who said on a chat show she wrote "torn" yet it was exactly the same as the song written and performed years back by Ednaswap, in her next interview she back-peddled a fair bit when confronted with the fact)
People who put "first to see will buy" in their adverts, I'd like to turn up and say I don't want it then sue them for false advertising
Companies that advertise products as "new and improved" ... If its new, then there's never been anything like it before ... If its improved then there has been something like it before ... Which is it?
I'd better leave the rest until another time
