Decided to scratch an itch I've had. I loooooove the class 37 and that growl. Soo. Decided to purchase one and weather it appropriately I need to buy a much longer section of track so i can get a decent amount of trucks

I'm assuming this is ho/oo scale? So in theory you could buy dapol kits for rolling stock.... Give you something to build as well as weather

There used to be a guy on YouTube called Scalemodelmedic... Very talented when it came to weathering but very laid back, no ego like some I can think of....... He did a series of videos for airfix/Hornby where he showed how to weather up rolling stock even to the point of graffiti on trucks and tankers....... Should still be on his channel or airfix/Hornby.........hes not done anything much for a couple of years since he got a young family...... Might be worth a look for inspiration

Just checked....... There's a few vids left on his channel and some on the humbrol channel.... From 14ish years ago!!!!!..... Didn't seem that long lol

Like 37s. Prefer them in rail blue with yellow ends though, probably because I’m an old git and it reminds me of my spotting days……used to be a triple headed one run through Cardiff on MGR hoppers….
