Looking good Steve. That interior is coming on really nicely.
Cheers P
thank's paul , been a bit slack posting lately , back at work , and waiting on a 80mm .5 drill bit to arrive , trying to hinge all the hatches .

Looks like a tremendous start Steve!!! I did the 1/16 King Tiger some time ago and it took me the best part of 2 years to complete,so be prepared for the long haul mate.
Good luck and keep up the great work.

You're definitely making great progress with it so far Steve.

cheer's Patrick , still a long way to go though

the drill bit arrived and I thought oh! no! , no way will this work , talk about flimsy . was I wrong , doing the job well , I even ordered the 1mm one

everything was going too good on this , me drilling out the hinges , weakened them and they snapped , can anybody help in ways too create them , or can you buy said hinges some where , HELP ! please:(

Thread owner
your not going to believe this peter , it was that hot here last night , couldn't sleep , and started mucking around on the computer and saw them , 12 for 99 cents . have ordered them , what caused the main trouble is the fans are glued to the bottom of the hatch and they couldn't the wait . might have to use a whole one . but thank's for trying for me mate .

Thread owner
sorry paul , they were just too thin after I drilled them out , with the fans on the back they couldn't take the weight , these hinges I have ordered look good , with a bit of bog , they should look alright

most of the tank is glued together ' now for some paint and weathering , this could take a while

this is what I intend doing Patrick , with a white wash overcoat , but I only just realised I don't have enough paint , when I put it together , I finally saw how big it is , and how much paint will be required LOL

That looks a nice paint scheme Steve. I can imagine that beast will take a lot of paint!
