discussion VW T25 935 - more silliness

Following my Ford Transit/934 mashup I thought I'd have a go at another racing van.
I got the VW van kit from a Shop in Monatauban which mostly sells diecast stuff but also buys in second-hand stashes occasionally. It a very old Revell kit. The Porsche 935 was an Italeri kit.
The most work went into getting the front arches and spoiler to blend in. Its a Kerbside kit really , as to get the right ride height and stance I ended up using brass rod drilled through the chassis.
I know its daft, but it makes me smile. I'd love to see a racing series with this sort of vehicle.

Not daft at all mate, they are your models, so you should be able to do what you want with them.
Thats a nice "what if" build and it has turned out really well... looks cool.... and fast!
