Very nicely painted.

Red is never an easy colour to highlight/shade,but I do like it. :)

Nice one Alan.

I'm agree...the red isn't an easy colour...but this one looks fine ;)

Cheers guys I appreciate it

This is a much smaller model and the photos have shown it needs touching up in places

That looks so cool  Alan. Just imagine if this was our future soldier! Soldier 2020! Will give those terrorists :mad:something to think about. Given us something to be jealous about! :D Great work, well done:)

I think this was my most simplest paint job I ever did , it's just dark red with a dry brush of a lighter red over the edges and a pin wash in the panel lines , I did try a dark grey on a couple of edges for battle damage but it didn't look right so dry brushed them out

I think due to its size it looks quite effective

Thanks again

I'm liking this also Alan, as you and others say it's just a few colours but you have created so many shading parts it looks like a mass of different tones. ( A skill I'm still to master ) I also like the base, gives you a sense of the battle etc

As always Alan Top notch :cool::cool::cool::cool::cool:

Dry brushing is the easiest way to get a good effect on a model , all you have to remember is when you wipe your paint off your brush is if you can still see paint coming off your brush when wiping it then there is too much paint on it
