Just wondered just how many builds there are going on at the moment. It is a lot!!!

Not including the all the GB sections and providing that all the builds are in the right places we have accumulated :

Aeroplanes 819

helos 45

Armour 191

artillery 16

soft skins 69

Sci-fi 67

realspace 6 (come on guys, pick up the pace lol).

Civil cars. 292

Motorbikes 58

trucks and lorries 51

Ships 68

boats 27

subs 128 (really!)

trains 14

diorama 145

Pre wwi figures 16

wwi and after figures. 21

Fantasy and Sci-fi figures 16

A large proportion of these are of course finished.

Well done chaps and chapesess

Proud to be one of the few Real Space ones, but I'm sure more will slowly appear :) :P

I enjoy looking at ALL the builds going on..... Its a great busy site, and despite my setbacks, its watching all this great stuff that keeps me motivated to improve.

Well, this depresses me. I've been stuck in Telford 5 days a week on a contract which has left me no time to get on with building models. I was vexed before, not adding to these tallies has vexed me further!!!!

Goes to show how we all love this site and look forward to building and showcasing what we do, good or bad.

Si:)

Wow thats a very large amount of working going on,

no wonder i have a problem to keep up with all the post,s.great to see so much input the the best site on the web, :D

We must remember that this is ALL the Under Construction threads; active and finished.....

I have put a suggestion up to the mods to see what they think, I'll get back on that later.

A lot of activity from us all, even if their is a bit of duplication between under construction and completed build threads.

The issue with realspace is it probably has the smallest number of kits available.

Now here is an opportunity Mike. Hampers that thing of the past to enjoy meals when away from home on wheels.

Why not build a model hamper. Then you can take it with you with the bare essentials. No more model making down time. A little care is needed as am am not sure if Premier Inn like glue all over their work tops.

On the subject here. I have been astounded in the last year. As Moni has said keeping up with the phenomenal volume of post is just impossible. When I joined in about 2009 there was a scattering of new posts every day. Now any post you put in disappears down the page like a rocket out of hell. The other thing is the incredible amount of information ideas and imagination which is being fed in every day.

That is interesting. I wonder if this wanders along my thoughts. With so much going on perhaps some visual sectional segregation.

Couldn't agree more, put some updates on my warrior build thread before I left for work and by time I got to work (15 mins) it had dropped of the recent updates page, not to be seen. Will have to plan my update posts better

You need to remember that the recent threads do-da thing really is for the very latest posts. You will all be better served not to follow the forum from that but instead, use the new posts page. Even then on a good day posts can already be pushed to page 2.

I thought about that Laurie, but the thought of the smell of, well anything to do with modelling, put me off as I'll have to go to sleep with that smell!! But believe me, I'm trying to work out how to make he travel and the modelling work!!
