I have some of my dad's old model figures, but I couldn't help notice some of them that were interesting, he says they are already painted figures with metal bases that you could buy in the 80's and they I don't know if they were around before then, but I was wondering what ever happened to the company as there isn't any information on the company itself on the internet :)

I still have some Britains Soldiers and farm animals.I was given them as a child in the 1960's.Dont know what happened to the company though.Ive also got some cast metal field guns of various types that you could fire match sticks out of.Had a lot of fun playing with those.

When I was really little I used to play with them quite often, but it's a shame the company has almost disappeared of the face of the earth, but oh well, it's in the past now I guess :)

They are still around although difficult to find. The brand is owned by an American company that makes die cast collectables. Bachman Europe is the sole European distributor I believe.
