What is it about the Germans?

Hi all,
My understanding is that they are academy kits re-released under the Airfix label, some of them aren't too bad but the moulds are getting older, in answer to the opening question for me it was a combination of Francois Verlinden, Tamiya and my annual visits to Bovington.
regards Jim

my mistake.........you are right its academy not dragon..............brain wasnt engaged this morning when i posted that lol.................needed another cup of tea to kick start it

Apologies I work in 1/48 so my arguments are selfishly in that direction.
In that case I suspect you’re right, but then again, I think the vast majority off 1/48 scale armour kits are from the Second World War, not just the German ones. Then again, that’s also the case in most other scales :)

No worries Paul,
I'll be honest I'd love to buy Dragon Tigers at Academy/Airfix prices.
regards Jim
