Ok, so now it's time to post up the pictures I have from this show. A really fine event with loads of handlers and sellers from around the world. I have about 305 pics to post and it will take a bit of time. I ask please, that you hold your comments until they are all posted. My pics are from the the club displays, profi displays, then the comp aircraft, armor, other stuff and dio tables. I didn't get any pics from the figures and Vignettes, but Fernando did and I hope he can post them here too. There was just too much to see and my camera battery couldn't handle it all. Please enjoy..........

The first few pics are special and sets the pace from the beginning. They are,

The 2 culprits and the policeman that had to keep them in check the whole time. Fernando on the right and Anton on the left. Yea, I'm the policeman...Next,

My best friend for life, Giuseppe, Mr. Friul Model himself....The metal track sets we bought from him paid for his table cost for the whole show. And,

DSC05410.JPG
A self portrait bust from our own Bob the StuG Boat in his first days of going over to the floaty side...........Next is a link to the show, all the rooms it fills and a list of the vendors that were there. You can download it to have a good look,

Now on to the rest of the pics and please hold the comments until I'm finished posting them all up. TIA good people. The comp room,

The above two pics are from the new kit release from AK of their Toyota Landcruiser. Their kit of the Sd. Kfz. 234/2 Puma was for sale for €54,95. I will post the pics from the comp room in the morning as I've run out of beer and I'm tired.......

I hope you have enjoyed all the pics so far and will refrain from commenting until they are all posted. Being an old man, I tend to lose track when you respond before I'm finished Thank you and more to come in the morn along with the Museum pics too. If you like what I have posted, please send beer............Thank you for your understanding and have a good night.....

Now we are in my territory and I want to comment on these last few photos. The one above is ok,

DSC00266.JPG
Beautiful dio but, rocket camo totally wrong. All tactical V2 unit rockets from the factory were olive to dark green in camo color. Camo schemes and the B/W scheme were only used at testing facilities. Krupp Prötze truck was never a vehicle used in a V2 unit.

DSC00267.JPG
This one is ok as it depicts one of the 3 launches made after the war in Cuxhaven, by the British (Operation Backfire),

DSC00270.JPG
Here again, wrong camo...The Magirus ladder is iffy in a tactical unit. Mostly used at testing centers and the generator was not used at tactical launch sites for power. They were used at the railhead to power the Strabokran and the prep site to power the crane also. The Steyr 2000 (Fz 105) was used to do the power checks before the launch and for the launch itself........

Sorry, but I am a bit of a V2 nerd and not a snob of any sort. Research is the key to a correct diorama. Thank you all for your patience during the long posting times and I truly hope the pics will give you inspiration at the bench! Enjoy!!!............Now the museum pics........

Allen, that was a long long journey through your pics, and absolutely amazing one.
Thank you for sharing!:thumb2:

Andrea.

Hi Allen
I've been going through your excellent photos since early this morning. Thanks for taking the time to share them. It looks to have been a wonderful show. The thing that struck me was the outstanding quality of many of the dios. A huge amount of time and skill went into them.
