Yes, pretty well anything electrical at various locations. Raleigh was industrial control equipment. Square D is now part of Schneider Electric.

Mark. I like the eastern rails the most my main ones when I model 1960s is The Pennsylvania and New York Central

Rick. I like that RS-11 also it stays there all the time a friend made that for me about 5 years ago. The reason there no trucks is I was to busy selling them. I do have some I need to finish then I will put them on the layout

Square D. I've worked with them. Another sparky then Peter? PaulE

Great pictures Lee, and a great explanation of the old towns. It helps everything come to life, even more.

I started back on my HO layout I’m totally burned out on Millitary so to replace that void I turned back to the old Wortham Layout. With the Arthritis in my hands HO is a nightmare for me but I’ve learned to take it slower than I use to and not overwhelm my self with things I know I can’t do. Here’s some pics I took the other day the layout needs a good cleaning

Hi Lee, Great looking layout and the Ballasting looks awesome.........did you use fine or medium size ballast? Also, the May Bros. truck in the last photo, is that a Sylvan scale or a Sheepscott model, sort of reminds me of an International but not sure. Wish I had the space to do a layout......much envy my friend. Rick H.

LIKE your loco there Lee but i really like the silver red an yellow one are they on your layout or are they canadian pacific ?

Rick. Thanks for the complement and stopping by. I used “N” scale ballast. The Autocar U is a Sheepscot Cab I Hand painted with a home bed I made. The wheels and tires are Athearn Mack B the decals came from a old Jordan AC Mack kit that put on a piece of styrene I painted. The Barrels are from Grante Line

Some great photos there Lee, love the first one esp.
Keep em coming please.

I missed that, sorry for the late reply. Only little sparks, I was an electronic engineer, but at Square D I was the UK Product Manager for their range of proximity switches. Unfortunately their range was a load of not very good, so it was a reals struggle until Groupe Schneider took them over and merged my part of the business with Telemecanique. Square D were an interesting company, very profitable on the high current NEMA equipment, but not much good at the lightweight stuff.

Only brushed up against them re. 120VAC site prep. Not overly impressed, but adequate. PaulE

Hi Lee, awesome you can still use the older trailers, I am interested in trailer trains , got 20 spine cars and trailers, still have a set of 5 spine car to put together, I like long trains and model from the 90's to modern time . I have European trains as well as American and Australian trains like the Indian Pacific and Ghan ,TGV and ICE3 high speed passenger trains .Going to be a while before I run any trains, hopefully this year.

I found some old videos off of my old YouTube channel today. Here’s a Athearn Blue Box 9-44CW CSX with a mixed freight and Intermodal. The Seaboard System U33 was custom painted and decaled by me also the Athearn White Freightliner pulling the Reefer trailer was Custom Hand painted by me also wish I had those steady hands again. I’ll be loading more later.
