discussion X-box 1 - dead slow

There must be someone here who can answer this.

Daughter No2 got a Xbox 1 for Christmas, but, loading games from disc takes hours, this can't be right can it. If I load a PC game, it's done in minutes, this X-box is taking for ever. And don't even think about down loading a game - that just takes forever.

Sounds like one of two things an impossibly slow internet connection or a faulty product I would go with choice no 2.

Save the game to the hard drive and run it from there instead of trying to run I from disc.

Xbox got hacked by some idiots and they've been trying to fix it
