Lovely work on the tarp and ammo boxes. I have boxes upon boxes up in the attic full of models and diecasts. Sadly there isn't the room in our house. It is nice now and again to go through the photos on the computer to remind yourself what you built.

Hi all, its been some time since I updated this post.
Mainly been waiting for those extra tree branches to dry out and get them attached to the trunks.
The new drill proved itself.

Trees just placed in the drilled out holes and glued it, the white is more glue holding some roots down.

Still wet and left to dry out, hopefully it will dry to a dust look.

Thanks for looking in C&C Welcome.

That is some nice looking greenery JR. I think the Rooskies will be happy to shelter near them, under them, where ever you decide to put them. :thumb2: Rick H.

Thank you Rick , Greg, Paul , Pete & Andy. Fuller photo tomorrow of the complete area. Going to attempt a heavy ground frost, but can't over load those branches with snow.

Well worth the wait Dude 2!!! Love the woods and I can see your point with the snow on the branches. Keep the Mojo going and have fun…..

Thanks for the kind comments, Rick, Jim, Steven, Dude 1, Simon and Jim.

Pleased with those trees, and will definitely do them again when the correct dio comes along.

As Allen has mentioned I was put off from a heavy snow fall because those branches just wouldn't take the weight, so when the base glue has dried off I'm going to attempt a heavy frost. Having read the P.I.S instructions
a layer of mat varnish of even photo mount will be ok as an adhesive. Think the mat varnish will be better as it will cover the gloss on the vehicles.

Few photos showing all in position waiting for the frost.

Thanks Paul, I noticed a bit of a gap though under the tracks.

Outstanding! Well the trees came out really well. Lots going on in the dio. Another cracking build all round. Cant wait to see the frost! It will set the whole scene off really well. Great stuff mate
