Im cheating again as these didnt actually fly over my house!.The company i work for has allowed the BBMF spitfire and Hurricane to stay in one of our Hangers for a few days.Got into work this morning and the Corporal looking after them asked us if we would help push them outside. An hour later the Hurricane took off for Cambridge followed a while later by the Spitfire and Lancaster. They were taking part in the Flying Legends display at Duxford.

Nice one, other than air shows, I've never seen a Typhoon in the air.

We had a pair of, what I think were F15s, fly over us the other day. They were much higher than usual and flying a different flight path. Going East to West as opposed to south east to north west, that is the normal path.

              What a cracking surprise!!!!!!

Arrived home and a Fairy Swordfish, sort of a silvery finish, with a 'black front bit' and complete with a torpedo came over our place. It was the Southport Airshow this w/end, so I suppose it was there......Anyone else see it?

i watch the milton Keynes Dons (yeah i know) which are pretty near Bletchley Park and on the anniversary of the code breakers a Lancaster bomber flew over the stadium at about a hundred feet. I poohed myself and still get goose bumps thinking about. i wish i could record the video of it that is in my head. it was amazing.

We had a visit from OY-BPB the other day, Heard it coming from miles away, went out in the garden just as she came into view. Still didn't have time to find the camera though!!!

                  You can see her here.

She does look good for her age!

You guys are so lucky the only thing we get flying over our place is the Careflight, Ambulance, Child Flight Hleicopters going to the Westmead Hospitals, since I work at Westmead Kids Hospital here in Sydney it's gets boring after a while. Occasionally we get some Black Hawks flying around when they are doing anti terrorist training but we hardly see them.

Trust me Wayne, I live between two airports, Copenhagen and Roskilde, All we normally see are commercial craft, the medivac chopper and the odd rescue chopper, as we are also near the coast. Any thing else is either vary rare or lost!

This did ! And this could be the actual one. I believe there might only be one flying in the UK and this could be it. A "canso A", basically the same as a Catalina PBY5A. And I was starting to feel a bit left out by all your sightings !
