Tommy, Now you have me worried.... I have RBBB and was told that is is nothing to worry about. Hmmmm....
Nothing to worry about Ian, my wife has suffered with problems with her heart since she had a really bad car accident, and 30 years later, it is now giving her problems.
They are monitoring her, and it definitely looks likely that she will have to have a pace maker fitted.

Vaughan thank you for that, I really hope you get some good news and wish you a speedy recovery, and hopefully 2017 is a good year all round, and a new start

The MRI that I was expecting to have has not happened yet and doesn't look to happen before this spring. Only 4 are done each month ( and that includes Papworth) and despite being on the priority list I'm no further forward. My consultant has decided to proceed with another angiogram even though the MRI should have been done first. This is due to the fact that I continue to be out of breath when walking and struggle to climb stairs. I go into hospital( this will my fourth admission since my arrest in 2015) on the 8th of Feb and fingers crossed they will be able to sort things out. The Ju88 still sits on the bench awaiting my return to modelling. When I have the motivation and energy I'll try to

Absolutely amazing Vaughan, your much vaunted medical system (by our libs standards here in the U.S.A. anyway, IE: FREE MEDICAL CARE FOR ALL!! ) seems nothing more than an "I hope you croak before we get to you" system that would seem absolutely unbelievable to any and all Americans...even illegal aliens here laugh at such a scenario. How sad is this situation!? Mighty Great Briton, the absolute apex of western civilization treats it's utmost citizens as nothing more than political chattel. Oh and forget the great Canadian system..they're lining up like lemmings to access our medical system lest one wait six months for an EKG which could save ones life, I can make an appointment for one and be in within 24 hours GUARENTEED!!! And I'm only a poor pensioner myself. I'm sure your "Parliament" waits not and wants not for any medical treatments.
I am nothing less than amazed at the stoic appeasement of the British populace to such demeaning socialist agendas threatening even the most basics of their cultural existence as a people
Here in America, even the most trivial of medical complaints is treated with the utmost care and precise attention, absolutely regardless of ones financial situation or legal status. Appointment scheduling is meticulously prompt and I would dare any one to claim that they were shuffled off into some governmental abyss of medical malfeasance, except of coarse our wonderful veterans, who have been treated with the utmost distain and disrespect by our govt. But of coarse what else would one expect when putting the govt. in charge of anything?
I am shocked to hear of such cynical cruelty on the part of your govt.,allowing unelected party hacks (and thus unaccountable personages) to dictate medical policy which should only be decided by ones doctor and your PRIVATE insurance provider. I myself who lives in what most in GB would consider "the sticks" am constantly being reminded(by cell phone of all of my medical appointments (some of which I myself re-schedule for just not wanting to be bothered at the moment) To think that one here would have to scrip and scrape for the hope of getting a much needed appointment is unfathomable to me.
Only purist capitalism, legitimate competition and allowing insurance entities to vie for ones business across state lines can medical costs finally start going down and become a reasonable expense of life. The monopolizing of the medical industry by the Obama admin. has caused great pain and uncertainty, but hopefully this will go down in history as another one of Obamas dismal failures.
Our new president (elect) is in the process of bringing "Big Pharma" into negotiations for the lowering of Prescription drug prices to our pensioners and the "working poor" OR ELSE! And most importantly to allow cross-state competition for medical insurers, the denial of which is an anachronism of the old "Democratic" way of allowing "lobbyists" to line the pockets of their "representatives" and themselves.
He wants to bring factory jobs back to our inner cities and help our minorities to gain some self respect and a long needed work ethic. (Who could logically disagree with that?)
"Pie in the sky" "Governmental" solutions are nothing more than the high hopes of those who stake their lives and fortunes on setting policy for the "others" IE: those unwashed masses incapable of making their own life decisions".....UGHHH!!
