Postmen leave everything I ever order on the doorstep if I'm not in, unless it's an order from John hopefully they will leave my trump sale goodies with the neighbours tomorrow.

Got one of those or at least very similar and they work well for a good price.

I replaced mine with one earlier this year, don't forget to let off the pressure after each session to stop the moisture in the tank rusting through, eventually, like my last one did!

I normally switch it off at the wall, disconnect the airbrush and let it bleed out? is that the same thing ?

My Old AS-186 lasted well over 8 years, so worked out at just under £7 a year !

Mine's been giving good service since 2013 - pretty cost effective

                      Hi Steve
If you look at the tank there is a bleed valve for removing moisture at the base. As air is compressed moisture is forced out as condensation so unless you drain it off regularly it will stay in the reservoir.

Going to need a bit of thinking for this brute! - a base deep enough to accommodate a trench. ( Incidentally, it's the most I've paid for a single kit in many years, but I've been looking at this wistfully ever since it came out! )

Going to be a great kit to build, plenty of parts to think about Dave. Unfortunately all the Russian WW2 stuff that John had I've already got.
