I certainly hope not,
Call me a luddite,(most people do!!),
But I'll buy a CD over a music download,(actually prefer Vinyl if I'm absolutely honest ),and want to receive the "Kit in the box", with nice boxart and quality instructions. :smiling3:
However,I know it's all going t*ts up these days.... Or "Progress" as they call it !!
I'm just glad I have a stash,and still looking out for even more proper kits ....

OK chaps! So yet more damage to the credit card.....

The decals below look very nice and will do very nicely for what I have in mind and indeed for about half a dozen Tiffies!

The Quickboost seats were inspired by someone who bought their 1/48 version for the Mossie GB and look very nice, although I won't be using them for my entry as I'm planning to use pilots, if the seats work out ok. The masks obviously speak for themselves!

I think for add-ons and the like at least for the immediate future..... For bulk and whole kits not yet?

I agree. So far, it looks mainly to be a good tool for things that would otherwise be tricky to scratchbuild, like these roller hubs,* and for relatively small, intricate parts like track links. Whole kits, I’m still not really convinced — except maybe to make masters for more traditional resin casting, that would speed up the design and actually lower costs compared to resin printing …

* I could, and would, have scratchbuilt these from plastic if I had a good way to easily make 36 rings of the size I needed. But after a lot of thinking about it, I still couldn’t think of a way to do that other than cutting them by hand, so 3D printing seemed the best solution.

WOW Macc Lads! - I went to see them in the early 80's ! - quite an experience! I was lucky, I only lost a shirt sleeve & had bruised knuckles. Fluffy Pup & No Sheep 'till Buxton are about the only ditties I remember before it all got a bit hectic! One of the punk offshoots that were common at that time. Sheffield was a centre for live music late 70's - mid 80's - I saw quite a few bands before they made the big time - Def Leppard - ABC - Human League, but the one that I remember best was Blondie (1977 or 8 )
All popular pubs had live music on Saturday night - you could find everything from Jazz, Skiffle, Rock - right through to Folk and all within easy walking/staggering distance! There were certain venues that could be guaranteed to end up in fights, but generally it was pretty good natured..............

A mate of mine was into punk in a big way and I remember him mentioning the Macc Lads..... Can only assume No Sheep 'till Buxton is a play on words of the Stiff Little Fingers track / album (can't remember which) No Sleep til Belfast (or vice versa)..... And yes I have seen SLF in concert a few times in the early 90s..... At the Brixton academy almost always on st. Patrick's night..... Absolute carnage but great gigs.....I still listen to their albums even now when the fancy takes me !
