      Hi Monica
Great to hear from you although not good news. I hope things improve and you can get back to the hobby soon. As others have said take things easy and don't overdo it.

sorry to hear of your problem - all I can say is don't rush things - When you feel like painting, limit yourself to a half hour or so, then stop. I've had a problem with my right hand ( OA ), and I've found that limiting my benchtime to an hour a day, and none if I have any twinges, reduces the onset & speeds up the recovery. It's frustrating & it limits your modelmaking, but a little time is better than none at all!

Hello Monica, I've never conversed with you but I have seen some of your posts when I first joined here whilst navigating site!
I can relate to your hands, my left is of a similar issue.. back in the 90's I was stabbed through the hand severely cutting a tendon and nerves.

As I grew older the hand lost its ability to stay still and has carried on shaking since.
I found my Doctor a lot more understanding than I thought and she sent me for physio...that helped.

I've plenty of exercises that you do prior to modelling and this 'calms' the hand a bit.

Is not all doom and gloom and you'll soon get back into the swing of things!!
