A minor update - feeing a bit better, but that could be due to the welcome drop in temperature! I may look at the bench today, but if I do, I reckon I'll clear the decks and start something new

Looking back it's over 6 weeks since I've been at the bench, the longest gap since I was hospitalised in 2001 !!! I still have been acquiring models, though - I shouldn't have a laptop - it makes it toooo easy to buy stuff!, at all hours of the day. It lives by my bedside, it boots up in about 2 minutes ( MUCH shorter than my desk top! ). I only have to remember to charge it up ( twice a week ). One of these with SSD memory, limited capacity & you can't upgrade it, but ideal for web browsing!!

                  Dave,
Sorry you're off your game a bit but I do agree that a bit of retail therapy is an excellent pick-me-up.
                  Wishing you a speedy recovery,
                  John
