As someone who refuses to be lactose intolerant you have my sympathy.
60 years milk every day, cheese most days, and a weakness for chocolate.
I laughed at the doctor who suggested I might be intolerant.
I hope you are back to normal soon.

Feeling somewhat better , annoying to think it's self inflicted .Normally the odd biscuit or choc is ok , but the recent over indulgence was a grim reminder of what can happen . Luckily I knew straight away what the cause of the cramps were and the only thing to do to remedy them . To day was the first day I stated not having the constant pain of the pulling and cramp . According to the NHS is may take a week or more to return to normal .
Not felt like doing much modelling and it's far to cold to venture into the garden so just keeping warm and trying to read .
Sorry if I've missed anyone's birthday , normal service will be resumed !
