Not that tiny in 1/35…..you want to try one in 1/72. I built a pair for the Simon T memorial GB :tongue-out3:
I think Dave built one recently as well…..

    Everywhere else I've looked, it's £40+... fink I got a bargain?!
Good catch Lee. Interesting little vehicle I think….kind of like a French universal carrier.

The Tamiya UE is a nice little model ( I made it in January )- but certainly not worth that amount of money!
          I'd try this! https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/125890713...Bk9SR9Ktzpz3YQ

Newly arrived on the bench. The Airfix 1/700 Titanic kit is an w bay bargain at £12.50 delivered with a really tatty box. It is a major departure for me as cars are my thing but, with a lot of help, tips and answers from your good selves I hope to make a worthy model using aftermarket PE, decking, masts and lighting kit. I will take my own sweet time with this whilst car builds paints are drying etc.
I hope getting the kit isn't a portent of doom as we are going cruising around Norwegian fjords for 7 days on Friday so modelling for about 2 weeks. :disappointed2: SWMBO wants me to build either the VW camper or the Corvette next but I was looking for something simple after the Porsche 928 build.
Will try to keep up with the forum but Wi-Fi is really hit and miss when cruising.

Didn't know they made a model of the Ferrari testicleroaster. Like my father-in-law's Plymouth, clutch to take off & stop but shift gears (paddles instead of lever) w/o. Many hard working little cylinders as I recall.

Jep shes a screamer. Flat 12. but redlines at 6750 rpm. which is not that high actually, but with 12 pistons flying around....

Admittedly the convertible E Type was better looking but the FHC is miles better looking than the 2+2 version. The only reason for doing the FHC is because my best mate had a 1963 series 1.5 ( scalloped floor pan but aluminium centre console) in Fern Grey Metallic with red interior.
The Testarossa was a great touring monster, Johannesburg to Durban ( approx. 400 miles ) in 3 hours 48 minutes including 2 fuel stops cruising around 120 mph ....... those were the days.

Should add that I wasn't driving and I am sure we topped 150 mph for a while.

A little detour on my way back from Solihull today via Widnes Model Centre and had to add these. I didn’t want to pay £55-ish for a 1/48 Il-28 so when I peeked inside the box of the 1/100 version it is surprisingly big(ish).

Oh yes. But with Tamiya you kind of expect that as standard as a minimum, even with some of their older kits.

Tamiya Corsairs do fall together, though the decals can be a let down.
