I got the "Tirpitz" from Lindberg last weekend. A 350 scale ship for 42.00$ I though was a pretty good deal. It sort of looked like the motorized version my brother did about 25 years ago. Then I took a closer look at the hull. It is the same one. It has the notch on the side for the 'on-off' switch and the groove for the metal propeller shaft. This one is missing a center propeller but I have already found a solution. And I scavenged a few extra parts from the "Titanic" kit I did back in 2007, so the mods should look pretty nice if they turn out like I hope they will.Comment
