Hi all here is my ebay buys

the car was a bit of a chance as the box is really badly rat or mouse eaten and there are lots of bit off the sprues but I thought it looked interesting as I've never built a metal and plastic car before so thought i would give it a go.

All colour pictures of the made up model included appropriately weathered at the back.... a first for that I have seen.... Attached is a pic of the first page of construction showing a new drawiong style I have not seen with Airfix before. I recon we will be seeing great things from Airfix in future... Sorry the first photo is not the right way up and I dont know how to correct it.

Did you see the build in the Airfix Magazine Barry? The finished product is in the visiting room at their HQ. You should opp in for a look if it's just up the road. What a marvellous looking kit.

            Hi Joe

I did indeed and, yes, the next time I pop over to the cinema at Westwood Cross I will pop into the Hornby Visitor Centre and take a look. It is well worth a visit regardless of the Tiffy.

picked these up for just a couple of quid on ebay...........was about 10 seconds after i hit the bid button i realised they are 1/100 scale not the larger 1/30something one.............but still look quite nice, got a plan for these
