first off......you jammy git! :P wish i could find deals like that lol

i think you might find that the mellenium falcon kit is quite collectable, not seen one of those for many many a year

the TIE with the angled wings is quite nice.......did one of those a few years ago

ive got the twin set of TIEs and the STAP too

the STAP has a rep for being 'awkward'...one of those that needs three hands to put together but ive seen some great examples of it done

Thanks for the info Paul the falcon is still wrapped in its cellophane and unopened I might just keep it like that if it's a collectable. But I'll definitely be giving the others a bash.cheers John

A visit to Alton Model Centre saw these come into my possession. The tractor unit is from Oxford Die Cast and makes an easy addition to a diorama after a bit of weathering and detailing. The coolant trolleys can be modified into any number of types of servicing carts for vehicles or aircraft and will be ideal for placing in a workshop, hangar or flight line scene.

He was tearing it apart, to fit Engine, transmission and running gear from a V8 Jag he had in the back garden. His plan was to have no front seats (there wasn't room anyway) and drive it from the back seat. I often wondered whether he finished it.
Just thought I would show what has been done in the Drag Race Circuit.
