Great reads there John
Got one myself today. I have three SdKfz 251 kits to build at some stage so I got this for ideas and inspiration.

Looks good Graham....... these are very interesting vehicles....... I've found out loads of stuff on them. I believe I read somewhere. There were 23 versions with different fit and armaments.
Seen the VBL at the local club and had to have one. Soo cool. The type R has been on the hit list for a while and one came up at a good price. The fan you can see is complete with speed controller and will eventually built into a new spray booth that can keep up with the rg3 spray gun at full chat and hopefully it will run slow enough to also be fine for the regular airbrushing

Sufficient variations and kits to start a collection methinks Got three to start it off although one is the venerable Tamiya Hanomag and another is the 'slightly' inaccurate Zvezda for which there is a nice Eduard PE set. I feel another project coming on

This just in from China only 16$ so a giveaway really ordered it on Boxing day 2015 not sure how to approach this one yet as it requires card stiffiening might just use the card as template and scratch build from thin wood similar to the1/32 partwork Lancaster of severall years ago which I still need to build anyway the model this time is a1/33 Vulcan Bomber Mk2 complete with the blue something or other standoff missile here are a few shots of the model in its unbuilt form
Just had these pair delivered today, I`ve been after the Maz transporter ever since I first saw them, the resin Panzershop KET-T recovery conversion kit is a lovely kit and a real bonus
I had such great fun building the Academy 1/200 New Bedford Whaler on here, I just had to get me one of these larger 1/110 scale whalers. She's about 16" long and has loads of detail.
These kits don't come around very often, so I have been very lucky. It had excellent reviews when first issued, so I'm really looking forward to getting stuck in......
