It's not that bad, until you compare it to something like the KV2, which is so good. The rocket launch tubes were the worst part of my kit, very tedious to clean up
I'll be honest and say I'm not that keen on the rocket launcher anyway. If I just left it off, would I end up with a 'standard' Sherman, or would I need to do some form of conversion work?
Some nice looking kits their Tony and the books are always helpful. Well i decided to get myself a new AB. Kinda don't want to use it, looks so shiny. Also got the AFV club F-5f 1/48 kit with the sundowners scheme. Just love the look of the paintwork. Just have to find time to make it now.
Just picked up a Ju-88 1/32 Revell jobbie ... first "proper" attempt into larger scale aircraft.
Going to paint up as L1-OK (Sicily 1941-2) coz i like the camo effect ... and it's different !
Few little visual mods needed after a quick t'interweb browse, nowt too serious though and i'm not getting too geeky about things like wing area etc as it's just going to be "a-hangin'-in-the-spare-room" after it's finished.
I just received a 1/32 Fw190D-9,the new(ish) Hasegawa kit. It was a bit of a surprise as I ordered it from a retailer who will remain anonymous at the beginning of July and thought the order had been cancelled!
