Gary, The quality is good and it's almost the same as the Dragon offering. The plastic is probably a lot better than the brittle stuff Dragon made their kit from. I will take a few shots of them side by side and post them for you to see what I mean. One day I will bring my 'Night Moves' project back to life. 2 of these puppies are the star in it.

Dude 1, You don't want to know...Like 8 Panther kits, 7 Tiger I & II kits, 14 Pz. IV based kits, over 22 half tracks of various types from 1 ton to 18 ton and I won't even go into soft skins, arty pieces, oddballs, 38T, Pz. I, Allied stuff, figures, accessories, and, and, and...…………..

This did come yesterday and it's a beauty, but it's not in red plastic. Included are an alu barrel and a top secret map of Caen from 1944, SHHHHHH, don't tell anybody!!!

Afternoon Good People,

NO more goodies to post!!! I have taken some comparison pics for Gary M, of both the Dragon and Tamiya Goliaths with crews. Both are well detailed (we won't mention the Esci attempt). Both contain 2 Goliaths and Dragon gives you 2 sprues of the same 2 figures, as Tamiya gives one sprue with 3 figures. Dragon in grey and Tamiya in tan plastic...

Dragon's plastic is more brittle and great care must be taken removing the indy links from the sprue. You can also see that the Tamiya kit is not a copy of the Dragon kit. It looks close though...

Here you can compare the cable reel and the side panels of both kits...

And a side by side of the figures. The Thumbnail pics are of the other side of the sprues. Oh, and Tamiya throws this in too...

Hope this helps a bit

Evening all,
Collected a couple of orders and two shop visits last week and ended up with these:

Was looking for the Su-33 for sometime at a normal price, the Lince is a great companion for a Centauro I've lying around and the mounted infantry set is for a current project to fill up the base.:smiling:
Some reading and reference material:

The rest, well just impulse acquisitions.:nerd::smiling5:

Fear not, I have seen it.
I also own all of the videos, DVDs and Blue Rays (Original theatre release, re-mastered and the horrible George Lucas re-hash) :-)

So true, with a bit of effort it can be a real gem strait out of the box:thumb2:

I’ve been on the lookout for a set of these for a while but didn’t want to pay silly money for such old kits, imagine my joy at finding these in a local charity shop for a fiver, and they’re still sealed.

Hi all
Not posted on this thread before.....
We were on a short break in the Cotswolds, and I came across a model shop in Bourton on the water....to cut a long story short I was told by my wife that I needed this one "because it was just like Anthony's" (he's my daughter's boyfriend)...actually it isn't because his is a current Kawasaki ZZR 1400, not a Ninja, but it is at least green :flushed: As she has shown very little interest before, I bought it anyway....

It looks to be a really good kit, so I'm looking forward to clearing the decks and getting it underway....
One question for the bike builders that I have only just though of....how do you display them? they only have two wheels...and will be a little unstable on the side stand....can you get aftermarket paddock stands?
Cheers all
