As its getting close to that time of year, what do you have on your (scale model related) wishlist for a nice Xmas pressie?
For me it would be a nice B17 Flying Fortress.

However, I actually have 2 B17’s, an Airfix and Revell one, and a refuelling set - I had an idea once for a diorama of two at stand with the refuelling kit but realistically that is never going to happen - mainly because I have no room to display that! I could be persuaded to sell them for a reasonable offer if you are interested?

All 3 V bombers would be something to add to the wish list - yeah, I know, no room for 2 B17’s so aim for 3 V-Bombers instead, but wish lists and reality aren’t always best friends

Maybe 1/72 Bucc or Jag but must be able to do in 80s/cold war era RAF grey and green camo..... Im developing an interest in that era RAF aircraft

Ive also seen a 1/48 mig 3 i keep hanging my nose over

I guess that new Airfix bf109-G6 1/24 would be at the top of my list, but I don't expect to get any model-related thing so it ain't gonna happen ...

I'm hoping for one of those DSPIAE reciprocating sanders, nothing else modelling related this year.
Always hard for my family, I never really want much and my birthday is within three days of Christmas.
As you get older and often a bit better off a lot of stuff gets bought at the time.

That is so true. If I want it, and can afford it, I buy it. However as I'm really enjoying my first BookNook kit I wouldn't mind another one. I rather like the look of the Magic Wand shop which Pete is currently building.

Id like to get my grubby mitts on Airfix 1 35 Ferrets Mk1 and 2, the Stalwart... I really wish someone would do a plastic kit of the Saxon and the Humber Pig... oh and what about a complete collection of the light tanks, Stormer, Sultan, Samaritan and the rest... would I be pushing my luck for a Fox?!
