Hi all
Not sure when I'll start? I have been on steroids for 2 1/2 yrs and my Dr has been very, very slowly reducing the dose. I appear to be having side effects of coming off them, inc very painful muscle aches, especially arms and hands. Seeing Doc for my monthly appointment so hoping he can help. So at the moment modelling is out of the question. Hopefully the aches and pains will start to ease.
