Today is the 40th anniversary of SS Canberra setting sail for the Falkland Islands. Embarked were men of the 3rd Battalion the Parachute Regiment, the UK spearhead battalion - one of these men was my late father.
Utrinque Paratus.
I have his medals framed and hanging in my man cave.
