Hope this doesn't upset the apple cart, it's a bit of a reverse build really, I thought it might be of interest to a few :)

The scale is 1.76 4mm/ft. From my model railway layout "Pen y Bryn"...I have my tin hat on :D

The cars are mainly Oxford diecast.

Philip had you of just put the black and white photo's up I would have taken that as being real very nicely done and in such a small scale.

Great work there phil and I agree with Terry if you'd just posted the black and white picture I'd have thought it a real scene, nicely done sir.

Amazing detailing and fantastic work on the model van, was the door and bonnet openers before you started or did you make them?

Thanks guys.

No bonnet and doors open, they had to be cut out, a bit tricky being die cast!

Thought they looked fixed in the before picture, great job, that looks a impressive track set up you have.

Superb work phil , they look amazing . Top photo work too , the night scene is totally real looking. You neednt have been worried about posting this , its all modelling whether its a plastic kit , die cast , scratchbuilt , whatever - its the creation of a miniature copy of something using your skill and imagination , something youve done here perfectly , cheers tony

Thanks again guys.

Here's a bit of etched brass kit building, I started it about ten years ago, left it until a few months ago when it was finished.

Some progress pics...more later.

Awesome stuff Phil really do like the dedication shown here. The black and white pics look so realistic and the colour even better showing the rusting tech etc. Totally brilliant
