Thanks Jim .
It will be like Piccadilly circus by the time I get finished.:smiling3:
John.

Hi John,
Well it didn't take long for you to return to type:smiling5: I bet you were pleased to get the disc, and those figures although not up to some of the more modern sets they are a great set and I've seen some great vignettes and dioramas using them so no excuses

A great set of figures John. I think that some of them may date from earlier than 1988, as I'm sure I made them as a lad in the mid 70s.

Peter.

Hi John
At least one of those looks like the guys that used to jump out of the Hannomag....I remember it on the cover of Milmod back in the mid seventies....

Appoligies Jim I missed your post @#48 ( do like the way you can refer back to a post )yes Sir had mentioned that as well.

Tonight I repainted the helmets back to grey. Did the uniforms on the pair that I will use from Bobby and started the set above .
Plenty of seam lines. Took some time to clean two of the figuresc up. Those two are glued and resting overnight. Looks like gardening in the rain tomorrow morning, rather go in the am and then have the pm free .
John .

I had this very set..,. 1988 surprises me... I'm sure I made a dio using this set prior to my university days which started in 1985??
Jason.

Hi John,
I've just dug a bit deeper and this figure set was initially issued in 1974 and retooled and released under a different product code in 1988, I hope that clears it up.

Interesting that you all had them , and think before the date given on scalemates, I will check tomorrow again to make sure that wasn't an update to the moulds .
Steve .... Thank you, your so kind ! :tongue-out3::smiling3:
John

That's a good set...I'm currently using that jumping figure for my Pacific dio. You'd have recognised it on the MM post. He's still without bulked up sleeves and pants...

Looking somewhat odd with out the hemets and equipment. Total 14 . Tomorrow should bring some more painting . I'm going to carry one doing the kit left off the figure. Much easier for me .☺
Any comments welcome , abuse , advice .
Thanks for looking in .
