lol Allen. There was a brass rod included in the kit that I couldn't figure out. Turns out it's a tool for adjusting the trigger tension. Fancy :smiling5:

Not sure it'll make me any better but it certainly produces a much much finer line than the one I've been using at around 1/10th the price! And feisty too. Even with the same 0.2mm nozzle can hose out some paint.

Looking forward to giving it a proper test but that will have to wait until the next model, which I still haven't bought or even decided on!

Chrome pen is a beauty too. Just done the headlamp reflectors on the T-28 and they are blingtastic.

Andy, a splendid choice, Jim i'm sure has one as well .
I think I've lost my metal bar 9 (Might find it with this big clean up . ) and resort to a drill bit :smiling2: .With some practice in setting the spray amount, and needle travel you will soon be showing your skills as a sprayer. :thumb2::thumb2::thumb2:

The dreaded red card. We were both in, not a sound from the bell or even a knock. Redelivering Tuesday.
So annoyed I'v emailed the PO asking why they are in so much of a rush.
When they do ring you have to be at the door within 30 seconds, and that is no lie, or they are off , either to a neighbours or having stuffed the card in the letter box away. , grrrr

Oh Dear! I see that someone forgot the Christmas Box last year!:tongue-out2:
I'm lucky, the three posties that deliver to me are all cheerful, and efficient - they do a very good job in all weathers. One still worries me - he's always running, carrying the mail - he looked at me blankly when said I thought he worked for Hermes. He told me he was in training for next years London Marathon...................

Not sure where this should go, but it’s a new acquisition and it’s a model, so it’s going here :nerd:
I retired last week after thirty four years plus as a fermenter specialist. As a leaving present the coded welder on the maintenance crew made me this model.....

It’s a model of the new 3000L fermenter train I spent the last three years advising on as subject matter expert ......basically made out of stainless scrap in his lunch breaks. Apparently it took about a fortnight....
Well chuffed with it....the model is about a foot high for those who still view things in old money....l

Well John and Simon seem to have gone all Russian (plus other stuff). They will both be off to the food bank and charity shops to pay for their indulgences :rolling:
Andy - you will love that airbrush. Pure quality. So easy to strip down and works a treat.
Tim - that is some excellent retirement gift. Very personal and must have taken a lot of work. I am sure you will enjoy your retirement.

Oh they are cheerful, we had an old friend who was a postie, he never let us down. Recently closed the Stamford delivery office and moved it to Peterborough , cost saving and better service !

Yep Jon, took mine a year early as well...I’m not a head brewer.....a biopharmaceutical fermentation production specialist I was Funny thing is, biopharmaceutical fermentation isn’t really fermentation at all....it’s just controlled biomass production....

John , i always ask for all parcels to be left in a safe ( designated space ) and most online orders now allow that.
Might be worth making a box for outside door big enough for parels to be put in with a lockable lid.
I see lots of metal ones for sale now due to number of people who have hermes do the ''you weren't in'' trick.
