Hi I'm going to try and build a Tripanthertops a mad super weapon the German scientisis came up with in WWII. It was designed by Dr. Nefario and Felonius Gru and built by enslaved Minions deep underground in a secret laboratory.

It will be something like this but I'll be using a Toon Panther tank on his back.

What's ' out of the ordinary' with a dinosaur with a tank on it back, very common down south you know.
