Cosford Model Show on the 5th of April has been cancelled

A sign of things to come I fear Alan.
Think we were lucky to have the Peterborough Show.
Feels sorry for all concerned, so much effort goes into planning a show, for the traders loosing sales, and the many modelers who have aimed at having a build completed to show.

A shame but definitely better safe than sorry. I had already decided to give it a miss in the current situation. I made up for it though - ordered one of those RP Cutter from John :smiling5:

I was afraid this might happen . I’m gutted , it’s a yearly scale models get together that I always look forward to , seeing my mates from the forum and getting some nice goodies from under the tables ! Y ( this is the nearest to a builders bum emoji I can manage !) I’ll miss the banter too and of course the tunnocks ( I would have remembered them this year , honest ) I do hope they re schedule it for another time .

'tis indeed a real shame as it's always a good day and THE highlight of my year. I still don't know if it's been cancelled or postponed though. The website says it has informed all the traders and clubs involved, so have they given any more info to them? Some of you guys are involved with clubs at the show- have you heard anything?
How about £5 or less from any source (still excluding as postage as you can't get much more than an envelope sent for less than a fiver nowadays!) where we can see price tags or receipts?

I've got a Revell Challenger 1 from Cosford last year that I bought for £5 will that do.
Yes but 12 months out of date ! Anyway, I'm a Coeliac now (well actually always was) so I would have to sit there and watch you all tuck in. Boooo. I'll miss the meet up, it's always a good day out.
