I had Kobe beef when I visited Japan.....it’s fantastic! I think the cows are fed on Beer and molasses which enhances the really deep flavour.....as Neil says....Go for it, you know it makes sense!
It's not very fatty Richard, the fat is distributed throughout the meat.it's going to be a one time thingy or maybe two if my liver can take the fats.

HI Richard Bob 's right but i just put that to see if anyone would ask well ive always called them that since i see the film the cruel sea with jack hawkin's in an in the film i think it was Stanley baxter sayin to to the other crew members im the first luietent an dont you foget it an he was in my opinion a nasty bit of work but while in the mess he said oh good oh Snorkers for tea an that for me was a fitting name for a sausage but he got his comeuppeance as he went down with appendix an was replaced an he was shipped off to hospitall BUT WELL DONE BOb you got it :thumb2: :thumb2::nerd::rolling::smiling::tongue-out3:I think sausages??
