Cheered up now after the lack of green, but have to say the model looks the part. Nothing like a bit of really tight bit of masking to test your patience. looks good.

Re: Camo.

It is defensive camouflage intended to obscure the unmanned aircraft on the ground. There was a wide variety of camouflage applied to V-1s. According to a prisoner interrogation, the V-1s were always covered with camouflage nets until ready to be loaded under the aircraft.

The V-1s were very crudely painted.

The V-1 on the trolley, in the third image, still has a protective nose cone in place.

Mottling up well isn she, even if she’s using paint by the bucketload……

Nice work , even better to see the bench in all its glory .

Certainly is Tim. Trying to vary the depth of paint instead of going for total coverage.

Coming on very nicely Alan.

I couldn't believe effective and simple mottling was when I tried it for the first time last year on my 110.

That is a lot of surface area to cover though!!

Keep up the great work.

Sounds like if you did that you might end up living in it Alan :tongue-out3: It’s probably big enough anyway….
