Spots on the Internet (2022)

Hasegawa do a 1 35 range... I say range, I've seen one, the Yanmar!

It's strange that the modern tractor is ignored by manufacturers. A few early ones from Mini Art .
The large 4 track would be a great kit, or a combine with head .

Checking Scalemates, it looks like the only pure tractor Hasegawa do in 1:35 is indeed one called a Yanmar YT5113 in a couple of versions, which I assume is a Japanese brand that has had exactly zero exports to Europe … :) Everything else in this genre and scale is construction equipment, plus two sets of workers to go with them, and all of it looks very Japanese/East-Asian to me, so not really suitable for dioramas etc. set in Europe.

Yanmar only export small tractors to Europe, all <60 HP. We used to acquire these, engines replaced by our own & I used to have their engines torn down, to see if we could find any innovations ( we made engines in the same range ), these would be photographed & reports written on them - one of the interesting aspects of being a design engineer.....................

On the Takom Facebook page - 'April Releases'

Dave

Here in Germany, MBK is taking pre-orders for the V1 launch ramp with an expected delivery date of mid June. It sells for €74,95 as of right now. Still cheaper than Didier's piece from Azimut and it comes with the V1 (w/o interior) too..

Just had an email from MiniArt! Announcing an upcoming release!

It's also on their Facebook page, but their website is down at the moment. Encouraging to see that they are trying to continue on!
Dave
ps website is back up again
Wow , a MiniArt release thats NOT roadsigns ! Looks very interesting , from what i can see of it through the fence! :smiling5:

I won't be posting it here but anyone else see the Airfix April fools?
They did their typical launching press for a 1/24 Lancaster!
1.2 meter wingspan....
Lol

Ironic thing is Ian , that’ll probably appear from one of the far east makers before too long

Revell seem to introduce models with hardly any advertising! This is 'new tooling'

There are a couple of Inbox reviews on YouTube & it looks very nice - prices seem to vary between £26 -£30, par for the course, I suppose................
