Oh, yeah, you’re right:

• Dit jaar zullen er tien F-16-gevechtsvliegtuigen in formatie overvliegen. Dat aantal verwijst natuurlijk naar het tienjarige koningschap. Opvallend is dat er ook een Nederlandse F-35 zal overvliegen. Dat is de opvolger van de F-16 die ook ons land besteld heeft.
(For those lacking in Dutch skills: “This year, ten F-16 fighter aircraft will fly past in formation. This number naturally refers to the ten years’ on the throne [of King Philippe]. Noteworthy is that a Dutch F-35 will also fly past. This is the successor of the F-16 that our country has ordered as well.”)

Got cruised by a local eagle from the nearby river yesterday morning, hustled our little Yorkie into the house as the adults are quite large.
Wright-Pat Air Show this weekend, so F-16s & C-17s will be around, but low enough so they go past quickly. I'll try to get shots, but usually can't.

This flew over yesterday morning while I was out walking my dog.

Best pic I could get by the time I managed to get the phone out :rolling:

It’s a Gazelle, once very common around here (near RAF Shawbury) but I’ve not seen one for years.

Geoff.

Cleaned the BBQ, picked up all the old Maple tree seeds that had accumulated under the bbq cover. Took out the old fridge and freezer and the rain held off untill the very second I started to do this - better timing could not have happened....

Almost got a shot of a trio of choppers, Blackhawk, Huey & Cobra, but were too low and disappeared behind houses by the time I got the phone out.

I heard lots more, but thick, high cloud cover obscured them.

Had a red kite circling over my house for a while.

Hereon Fraggle we could have had a A400 flying over the top of us at 100 feet and I wouldn't have seen it!!!

Well, this wasn't my house, but it was yesterday.
Stood on the tarmac at Verona airport, Italy, I heard a noise, a really loud noise.
Verona is a combined Military and civilian airport. I looked up to see a Tornado fly right overhead, as it took off. I'm glad to report, the Tornado is as loud as I remember it.

Just had this beauty fly over, sounds amazing!
