Scale Model Shop

Fenland and Spalding.

Attending for 10 minutes or best behaviour for 10 minutes lol ?
I think the record for me being kicked out of a place was 3 minutes - the landlord objected to the people with us in wheelchairs, I wonder often if he replaced the broken mirror....

Im hoping to go to the St.Ives show on the 24th.Havent been since 2016 so looking forward to it if anybody else is going.
Richard

Sorry guys I've not made it, another chest infection. Confined to bed.

A good show was had, well attended by clubs and traders and the general public. I must apologise but I forgot my camera so there are no pictures. It was good to meet up with a couple of the guys Andrew, Mike, Tony and Ian.
Pity John couldn't make it and I trust you get well soon.
I also had a surprising day someone has offered to buy my Zundapp for a very reasonable amount of money, to say I was blown away is an understatement.

Anyway I'm off the Brampton next Sunday so if anyone is about I will see you then.

Great little show , amazing models on the club stands and plenty of traders too . Myself and Ian , met up with Andrew and Paul , nice to put a face to the name ! Shame JR couldnt make it , hope youre feeling better soon Djohn .
Despite telling myself I wasnt going to buy much I ended up with three kits! Two 1/48 for a tenner each - an Eduard bf108 taifun and a LTD limited run IAR 80 c Romanian fighter. The other one was the twentieth century toys Macchi mc205 Veltro in 1/32 , a kit ive made before and well worth the £15 i gave for it !

Good to see you again Scottie. Pass on my thanks to the other club members for organising it!

Was planning to be at Brampton too but family are over from Oz, so that has to come first! And to think I never bought a single kit but still walked out with two! :smiling5:

I got a few pics, so I'll upload them when I get some time.

As I said great to meet in person as you say! And you didn't do too badly did you! ;)

That's what you get for messing around in the garden doing gardening things, I ended up with cut and bruised elbow, dented finger putting up the lawn fence, and all the matron could do was laugh.....
Take it easy and get well soon.

Good to get together with you all, sorry I missed you at the farewell parting, but next time.....

Spalding Show.
There was a good supply of models to buy and other accessories, (I know what Scotties next build will be na nana na na!!!) Plus I managed to rid myself of some currency, you know that stuff the wokes are trying to get rid of.
As for the show itself, there was a great attendance of clubs and a full catering of all subjects from Minions to the mechanical horse from the show and reproduced in miniature...
I managed a few pics and these are below.
Mike and the gang.
