There are several video's being presented by this person(s) 'UK Seniors Budget'.
The content of the video's is informing UK seniors of a government scheme that has been approved to make payments into pensioners bank accounts of £960 today (19th April), then £1,600 on 14 June and a final payment £1,400 on 23 July this year.
I have contacted the Department for Work and Pensions regarding these payments, and as of today they have NO knowlwdge of any payments or any government scheme to make any such payments. I passed on the link to these videos and the name they were being broadcast under.
I also contacted You Tube and made a complaint to them under the misinformation action.
There are vulnerable pensioners out there who may have seen these videos and possibly be starting to spend money they do not have, or like myself thinking of what I could do with £3,900+ extra in my bank account.
So beware and if you do meet anyone over the age of 66 who mentions this, please warn them to keep their credit card on ice.

Good catch Mike, we all need to be vigilant towards those reprehensible indivuals who try relieve us of our hard earned!

Yeah. Nice increase in my pension this year accompanied by a decrease in my Personal Allowance from 285 to 202!! That means I'm gonna be about £30 a month worse off. Not much in the general scheme of things, but has anyone seen a Government announcement about the change in allowance?

I meant to ask. How on Earth did you manage to contact the DWP Mike? I tried for two days when I found out about the change in my allowance. When I finally got through, they couldn't hear my voice on the 'phone and hung up!

Not overtly mentioned by the government Dave, after all, why would they highlight it. However , fiscal drag has been discussed to death on most current affairs programs and bracket creep, which is what this is called, is a core part of that program.

They also put the department number on any correspondence you get. I managed to speak to four different DWP departments in about half an hour after my mum died.
