Thank you, everyone sorry I have been away from the forum due to this insane weather that we’ve been having here in Pennsylvania. April has been an absolutely rotten month for weather and I have been dealing with a basement that floods every time it rains which has been way too frequent this April. Hopefully the rain will subside soon and I can get back to doing more work. I was able to get a decent start on the second building and sidewalk areas. I hope that you are all well and are staying dry as I have a lot of catching up to do with all of everyone’s post that I’ve been following.

Thank you, everyone. I’ve been able to spend a little time on the next steps of the base. The voids in the built up pavement are for a storm drain and manhole cover. And now the madness shall begin with the cobblestones.… Yes, real stones. Found them on a beach, and they struck me to being suitable to add more interest to the cobblestone road.lol..it is sometimes maddening and relaxing all at the same time..I just hope that it turns out as well..so far I am pleasedThis looks like extreme punishment! Respect to anyone who does something like that. But it looks good!
That is how it gets me as well mate.lol..it is sometimes maddening and relaxing all at the same time..I just hope that it turns out as well..so far I am pleased
Looking good Joe. Really fine job.good afternoon everybody the road work is looking better than I anticipated.… stones have been set and mortared in and the cleanup has begun. Once the mortar has dried. I’m hoping that some gray and black washes will color the white mortar.
