    Hi while waiting for the stuff to resume the bow section I thought I might as well start the side gallery's painted and lacquered and waiting to dry before I fit the photo etch. The yellow ochre take quite a few coats over the black.

    Nothing lined up Pete going forward it would just get progressively more out of position, I saved all but 4 pieces so not so bad :)

    Ouch ! I've ripped all the front off the Victory I wasn't happy with it so I have ordered a new front from John at Caldercraft should be here Wed/Thurs.

    Thanks guys, struggling a bit to be frank caught the front to supports on the bow and they snapped off (there very delicate) managed to glue them back but don't seem to have gone back the way they were. Anyway some pics of the progress so far.

    John I would need to buy a new drill as my current drill chuck only takes up to 10mm dia and the dowel is 13mm. I think I have solved the issue I returned the sander and bought another lathe which takes up to 400mm point to point.
