Cheers. And now, once again, I have to make a post completion modification. I'd forgotten , from the Ye-2 and Ye-4 builds, how over-tall the undercarriage is, by a couple of mm, which is very obvious in this scale- Steve-the-Duck

Finally all the fiddly bits The undercarriage on the kit is a little too tall, especially the nose wheel, so that needs just a trim. On with the markings. PLAAF stars are from the F-7-II, cut to size. All the logos are hand painted, the black is 0.1 mm fineliner pen. Does it actually say 'Beijing 2008' on the tail? Originally, waaay back, we were going to build a 1/72 MiG-21 collection, but that didn't get past the first two for, reasons. However, doing the same job for the Ye-2 is much more difficult The wing just broke while cutting because of course it did, I've still got another MiG-19, but I'm not about to cannibalise that as Attack don't produce the kit anymore (and eBay prices are bloody stupid!)
