Ron and I had a love of dioramas , think he would like this one. As both retired joiners , " Wood Butchers " we became great friends. Unfortunlatly I never met him in person.

Looking forward to this John. Dio idea is right up your street.
It is indeed Jim, I can see exactly where this is going. A lean-to with a corrugated iron roof, a brick wall, and a timber support. Couldn't ask for much more could I.:)

Looks fab mate, I quite like a little vignette/dio too, looking forward to seeing how you make progress with this, seems like a good scenario to build around.... chair pulled up, brew on the go and a biscuit to the side..... :);)(y)

Hi all.
Well I've struggled on this, as I had to take some Prednisolone as I had a chest infection. BP and pulse rate were high, feeling shit as you can imagine. Getting old is not fun!

Anyway I'll add some photos tomorrow after I've been to the Dtrs
John.

Hope youre feeling better John , cheers tony

The tractor is looking good. Good luck at the Dr's.

Take things easy and get better soon. That rusty old Fergy can wait a bit.

Thanks Colin, I'm afraid instructions and me have never clicked. There's a few parts that refused to fit.
Best wishes for a speedy recovery John
Thanks Joe.Getting old is crap !

Hi Jim, it's as done as it's going to be, photo tomorrow.

Had the ECG and blood tests, took best part of the day, with a lot of sitting about.Dtr will ring me with the blood results, but had word the ECG was ok. Feeling a lot better tonight, the new medication takes time to take and the old to leave the system. Now for a good night's sleep
Bye.

Having sorted out my appointment with a cardiologist, I've decided to carry on regardless. In fact having a date reduces a lot of the worry.

Also a text between Tony, who is building the Fergi as well has cleared up the confusion that I had in building the tractor. At first I was under the impression this is what was we had to build

This is as far as I have got at the moment; I've sprayed the TAMIYA primer on. When dry it's a brush coat of chipping, then the top coat of grey.

Those spark plug leads were tricky; in the end I used some thread !

Weathering will follow. Then its off to build my favourite part, the diorama.
