Hi Andy. What a journey this build has taken everyone on and what a fantastic aircraft you are building. I use the word aircraft rather than a model because it is just that, a scale aircraft. And on that note Iam going to make a suggesion. I know that you have said that you dont want to fly this plane for risk of damaging it and I fully understand your reasons but I once built a small spitfire with a friend who was terminally ill and he passed away shortly before it was completed. I finished it off and felt at that time that I wanted to preserve it and not fly it. However as the years passed I kept looking at the Spit and thought "It just has to fly even if its just one flight". So I fitted it out and flew it. After a couple of short flights I stripped everything out and now just have it as a keepsake but I know its flown. I would love to see some pictures of this plane in flight, it would be amazing. Like I say Andy, I fully respect your decision but from one model pilot to another I would say "Let it fly"
